We remove everything not attached to the house, and dispose of it.
I have a lot of experience with this service, especially emptying and cleaning houses due to be marketed by trust real estate departments, I have a accounts with all of the drop box services, and in fact am on a first name basis with Cloudburst recycling. Since there is an appraiser present, items of value that may have been overlooked are recovered and sold. All jobs welcome. I've done everything from removing a small pile of garbage from the middle of the garage of an otherwise clean house, to completely emptying out houses where the owners were chased out by rats.
