CORNELIUS MASSIVE HOARDER SALE PHASE #1

SATURDAY JUNE 8th and SUNDAY JUNE 9th

NOON - 5:00  BOTH DAYS

Historic 4 story house in Cornelius, just one block off Baseline. This house is so full that the only way we can make enough room to display everything is sell the entirety of the first floor, and then use that space to spread out what's in the rest of the house.  The main floor has the items the owner was most proud of, so though this won't be the biggest sale, many of the better items are being sold this weekend.

What is unusual since we aren't selling the entire house, much of what you would expect to find in a typical estate sale won't be available this time. What is available came from the dining room, living room, den, kitchen, and one side room, plus a few items from other floors that fit in with stuff that was already there.
